Purchase a phone ... I went into the store on **th street upper Darby location. To purchase a phone. The experience was Horrendous!!! And Terrifying!!! I walked into the store wasnt acknowledged until ** mins of standing in store then asked for assistance. Sales representative then approached me. I spkoed with her in reference to purchasing a devise. She gave me options along with the manager Jin advised me what yo do and prices. Was told cannot make any purchases until I paid bill whice was $***.**. I paid bill then went home to retrieve devise. Put devise on table. Signed agreements and paid ***.**. Representative then brought out phone called manager over asked more questions then advised me. I cannot get the phone because of a crack in phone. I then asked to be refunded money that was given. Manager then advised cannot give refund will be added to my bill. I then advised I would like money refunded I dont want it applied to bill. Manager then advised well theres notthing he can do went to back didnt come vack out till about ** mins later. Once he returned back to floor he advised he called the police and I can return the next day. I called the company and the representative advised only way I can get a refund is from the store of purchase. I advised the manager of what I was told. Police then arrived I explain the situation. Police advise this was not a police matter. I was very embarrassed humiliated and confused as to why I was treated like that and why the matter was handled this way. I called the company again only to be told the same thing I was told before. I still haven’t received my refund and was in total disbelief as to why this was happening. My children was shaking and terrified as well as myself.
