February **** I purchased a BOGO iPhone * plus on a ** month installment plan. The purchase amount for the two phones was $***, as of today I had made the installment payments and today I paid the remaining amount. I spoke to a representative and was told that I paid the "free" phone off for $***.** and I still have to pay another $*** because I paid the "free" phone instead of the other "buy one" phone. I am being told there is no way they can cancel the other line off. Which means I will pay $**** for phones that were originally $***. I have been a customer for * years, pay a monthly bill of over $***, purchased * phones in that time. I would like to have both of those lines contract fulfilled because I have paid the entire balance.
GetHuman2322400 did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
