I have a list of complaints, mainly I keep getting bounced around from one dept* call center* country or state that my problem seem to never be solved. I am extremely frustrated to be told about a new product or reduction in my billing , only to find out that there has been no changes. I have been with ATT sense cellular one days. I also have Direct TV customer. I spend to much time on hold. I like to get one firm answer and solution to my problems.
