I have been a Directv Customer for ** years and the change to ATT has been a nightmare.*I have called the local Customer service * times because of a billing issue. *Michael Cunningham, acct number **********I was paying **.** a month, on Feb. *, I got a bill for $**.**, I called to review this increase, WAS TOLD THAT MY ACCT HAD A $**.** that was being applied each month and it was no longer available?*I spoke to the loyalty Dep, Roel, because I was going to cancel. On *-**, I got an email, Customer Service Summary, changing my service to a lower level. The Customer Service had explained the detail in the email,*It said the upcoming bill due *-**-**** was $**.** and the next bill *-** would be $**.**.*Then I received another bill indicating that my payment due *-** was for $**.**. I called customer service again asked to be transferred to the Loyalty Dept. *The Customer the service person said that she would call back in ** minutes, she was going to have a manager call me. No Call.*My payment is due today and I wish to pay the amount on the Service Summary of $**.**, not $**.**. I stopped at the AT &T store in Goodyear, AZ and they said they could not help me.*This is so frustrating I am about to discontinue the Directv Service if this doesn't get resolved.*My phone number is ***-***-****.
