I went to store in ***** to have replacement screen protector put on. In January I went to have another replacement screen protector put on. I was told I didn't have one. I was Shocked and Extremely Upset of this injustice. I was told to go to the store that applied the last one.*I went home retrieved the box the replacement came in for proof and showed orders on Bodygardz. Kim said she would get back to me. * week later I went back since she had not contacted me. I had another manager behave rude and Unwilling to help. Finally Stephanie Fulp interviened she listened then said she would help. I'm still getting the run around. All the while my phone is cracked due to not having the cover on I payed$** for and thought it was applied.
