I have purchased * @iPhoneXR from @ATT under *BOGO offer on **th Feb **** . I found out that the *faceid is not working on wife's phone. Tried to exchange it at the *ATT store. They asked me to go to apple store for the same. Apple guys are saying that they can only repair it and only *ATT can exchange it.I again went to the *ATT store at Great Mall *Milpitas and they are not willing to help. Also they had a fight with the @ATT support people on the call for it.Can any one of you please help me exchange the device as I have paid for the new device and not the repaired or refurbished one.
