I no longer have * phones and two ipads that are still on my wireless invoice. My ex wife lost all if them. I know I am responsible for any device installment Payments left. However, your customer service person also told me I was required to still pay the $**.** access charge and the insurance plan even though the lines were cancelled. Why ? The phones and loads are list and not being used. It is a scam. My bill is ***.** more every month.
