On Dec *st I called to cancel my Uverse TV and returned the eqpt. I kept my internet & phone svc. Since then the past two and *** mos. I've been calling to get my bill adjusted but keep getting billed for my TV svc. Now after several phone calls, now on **** I think Denise got this mess taken care of. My *Acct ********** and I got an e-mail saying that my svc would be suspended yesterday. I can't believe I as the customer had to make * phone calls to get this mess*straightened out. I should be compensated for stress and time I spent on this mess that your acctg dept messed up.*Customer, Elaine Aronson
