Would like to pay extra payments towards my Next Plan phone installments. Spoke to a representative that told me it was possible but when I called back I have been told it wasn't possible...Why is that? Why is there not an option for someone to pay off a phone quicker if they have the funds available to do so? I am on a family share plan and would like this option so that my family is not responsible for the decision I made to purchase a new phone. Also, why, as a customer for over a decade, would I have to pay a penalty for paying off a phone I just purchase through the Next plan? This things have been very inconvenient to my as a loyal customer to AT&T. Where is the loyalty from my service provider to me (the customer)? On top of that, my family is still with AT&T although one member receive very poor service where she is located (***** zip code) because we thought AT&T would be loyal to us. We are considering moving to a different provider because of these issues. **I suggest, as a resolution and keeping us as customers, that I be allowed to make payments in large increments towards the phone I purchased even through the Next plan and without penalty or to credit me (the remaining price of the phone) for the constant disappointment I have endured during this process (* months now). In addition to that above, AT&T look deeper in to providing better cell phone coverage in the smaller (country) towns as you have patrons that would like to have AT&T service that would certainly increase revenue for the company.**Disappointed loyal customer,**Monique Ford****-***-****
