Dear Dam*Sir,*This is Thien Tran, I have a service account with AT&T Digital Life which is * ************, the address of service is *** W Grixdale, Detroit, MI *****. My monthly fees is $**.**. However, for this month I have received a bill with $***.**, I was so surprised about the difference, then I called Customer service number **********, and I was answered that the reason why my bill is so hight just because last month when the alarm at my house went on, they sent Guard Dispatch to my house * times, and for every time they charge me $ **.** so totally the cost are $***.** for those. Honestly, It was shocking me alot, because I am not aware about that, I mean I did not know about that, no one told me that whenever they send the guard to my house then I will be charged for it. On another hand, if those Guard really came to my house, at least they should let me know or leave a note at my house, actually I have not seen any evidences that they came to my house for checking. I asked the customer service one more time that I am not aware that I would be charged for Dispatch Guard, no one told me that, then they answered me: " the company who partner with us to provide the Dispatch Guard service charged you money, not us", I said " but I signed the contract with AT&T, and I dont know who your partner is, if so why I have to pay you monthly for security system?". Finally, the customer service agent told me that " I am deeply apologize for that, but you have to pay for the bill".**Again, The way how AT&T bills me like this, I dont think is fair enough. Please help me with this.**By the way, I would like to stop and cancel the service as well, because I am so worry that I may be charged like this for more time in the future, and I am not happy any more for the service,**Thank you very much and you have a good day.**Respectfully
