I was on the line concerning an issue with my Direct TV account, after a lengthy conversation, I asked to speak to someone in the United States, I was told I can't do that, I asked to speak to a supervisor, in the US, was told I can't do that I have been with Direct TV a long time, the reason my payment is late is that there we errors in my bill, was on the phone with that issue * hour be transferred , being disconnected when I asked to speak to a loyalty supervisor, I mailed my check as soon as the issue was taken care of I have told a number of people that when I wanted to speak to someone in the United States " I was told I can't do that" well it's going on social media with this disgrace to us in AMERICA
