I have contacted AT&T customer service about * times over the same issue with my online billing and the app. My account shows that the bill isn’t ready like my account is new and shows a $*.** balance due. I have been with att for * months and have been trying to get help with this one issue. I called and tried the chat, but nobody can figure it out. I tried suggesting that they delete my online account and start over because the first account number was wrong and its all messed up. I want to be able to view my bill but I can’t because I travel all the time for work so online billing is very important. I also keep getti g billed different amounts that wasn’t the amount I was told when I signed up for service. My account number is *************
