*) On line ***-***-**** I’m being charged a multi device protection pack insurance for $**.** and multi device protection pack support for $*.** neither of these charges are authorized or requested. **) On line ***-***-**** there is a $** visual voicemail charge which has been recurrent on the account since it’s inception and voicemail has never worked on the account and I’m entitled to a refund for the persistent $** per cycle charge on that account
