Have had internet service with AT&T for * years and phone service for over ** years. My internet has had a few glitches over the years but we learned to live with it.Dec. **, ****, I called because my internet was almost unusable. They told me there's something wrong with the line. When AT&T came out, they texted me it had been fixed. It worked about ** min.and then slowed down again where it again was unusable. Called again. They again said don't know why they said it was fixed because there's definitely something wrong with the line. Again, someone came out and said something was wrong with line but he wasn't suppose to work on line. Another man came out and said he couldn't find anything wrong but when he put meter on our line he could see how it was fluctuating. He did something with the wires at our pole and it worked for about **min. Called him and he said he would come back next day (*-*-**). We didn't see him but he called and said he's done all he could and that we are too far away or something to that affect. Today is *-*-** and still internet doing same thing but worse. You can use it * or * min. All I know it's worked for * years and our house hasn't moved. My grandson lives with us and a lot of his school work is done on the internet. Please can you get this fixed?
