End of November I ordered * WiFi extenders. I received an email from AT&T stating that had been shipped. I received email from FedEx that they were delivered December *. We did not receive the extenders. I called FedEx. They told me to contact AT& T and AT&T would file a claim with FedEx and ship me extenders. I called AT&T on ****. Janna told me that the extenders had not been shipped and I would have them by the end of the day, Friday Dec. *. No extenders. I called AT & T again *****. Josie told me the extenders had not been shipped yet but she would place the order and have the warehouse call me by *:** that day to let me know status. I did not receive a call. On December **, I chatted with Sam at AT&T. He said the extenders had been shipped. I told him we had not received them and FedEx told me AT&T would file a claim. He told me he needed to escalate the situation to the internal team and they would contact me and place the order again. I did not receive a phone call. On December **, I chatted with Angel at AT&T and told her that I would not be paying for the extenders but I would pay my normal bill for the month. I told her the situation and she transferred me to Steven. Steven told me that I would need to pay my regular monthly bill and that he was shipping me the * extenders and I would have them in *-* business days. He told me that everything was taken care of . Today is January * and guess what -- no extenders or any contact from AT&T.**I just want the two extenders. If they aren't going to ship them, then take the charge off the bill.
