I have been a customer of Directv Now since March ****. After many difficulties getting service *directv now has no customer service phone number*, my entire experience culminated in December. I was advised to visit an ATT store to enter new payment information, which I did on December *nd. At that time, I had no tv service. I was able to watch tv for * days, then lost the signal. When I contacted Directv Now chat tech service, an agent "refreshed" my signal and disconnected. I never had service. I tried again and still no service no signal. I recently discovered that my account was charged $**.** on December *nd and $**.** on December **th, this year. The monthly charge for Directv Now is $**.**.
