I have called and chatted with ATT customer service since Oct **nd regarding cancelled Order No. **-***************. During those multiple calls * chats, the reps. have NOT provided any resolution other than passing me on to someone else or just dropping the call or acting as they can't hear me and disconnecting the call. **I have multiple chat emails saved as evidence of the horrendous customer service. Ya'll really need to fix your broken system of dropping the ball and the oh so quick to pass the buck "it's not my area" claim by your customer service.
