The issue in GetHuman-lostnsum's own words
I recieved an offer in my email that if I paid $***.** of my past due balance $***.** that at&t agreed to credit the remaining past due balance of $***.** waive my reactivation fees and restore service on Dec **th. I paid the amount and wasn't credited to my past due. I've spent * days on the phone today was ** hrs alone with at&t and nothing has been fixed. IN ADDITION I've been lied to, been lied to, by at&t representatives claiming I would be reimbursed as of this evening (never happened) that this offer was never extended to me(I saved the email and correspondence) and that if I don't set up a payment agreement for the past due balance that shouldn't even exist still my service will be interrupted. At&t violated the terms and conditions of it's own agreement I want an immediate resolution or I will start the arbitration process to obtain my resolution and discontinue service with this company. If I'm penalized for not following through terms of our agreements then this company should do the same for its consumer. This has happened before and I will not go through * months of getting at&t to honor it's own agreement. Formal complaints with the BBB, FTC,and FCC have been filed with supporting documents including email offer, billing statements, correspondence, and communication logs. I will do anything and everything legally allowed to me to get an amicable resolution including seeking additional finacial compensation for time lost, and personal suffering thats been incurred if this is escalated to the next steps including legal action that are available to me.

GetHuman-lostnsum did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
