I am hearing impaired so I cannot use the phone. I have had my att.net email for many years now and have lost my password and my security question answers. I have access to my email because the password is saved in my computer but it won't show it to me and I want to make a new password. The att.com link for changing my password did not send me an email to change it although it said it did. when I try to use att.net email support it asks for my security questions which I don't remember and can't find. Please help me.
