I AM BEING CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL LINE ***.***.****. WHEN I PURCHASED THE IPHONE XS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, THE AGENT INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL LINE. I WAS INFORMED* TO DROP THE IPAD AND INSERT THE SIMCARD FROM THE FREE PHONE TO ***.***.****, THAT A NEW NUMBER (***.***.****) HAD TO BE ASSIGNED TO MAIL THE PHONE AND WHEN I INSERT THE SIMCARD IN ***.***.****, THE NUMBER ***.***.**** WILL NOT EXIST. WHEN I RECEIVE MY BILL I AM BEING CHARGED. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT ** DAYS HAS PASS AND THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE. I FEEL THAT I AM A VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND I WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED AS ONE. I WOULD LIKE FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED. *I WANT IT RESOLVED BY ADDING THE FREE PHONE TO ***.***.**** AND NOT BEING CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL LINE ***.***.**** THE WAY I WAS INFORMED.*THANKS
