I cancelled my AT&T Internet service effective Jul ** **** and had a credit of $**.** (I'm no AT&T customer anymore). A bit later I asked the customer service via phone to reimburse me that amount to my standard credit card I used previously for autopay. They told me that's no problem (I emphasized that sending a check is not an option for me). That was back in July. Now we have December, and I'm still waiting for the money. That's unacceptable. Moreover, I'm now abroad, and crediting that amount back to my credit card would give me no advantage since I don't want to use that credit card in the country I'm currently residing. So ideally I'd like to have a reimbursement via electronic transfer to my US checking account. I can provide all bank information required. Thanks.
