Last sunday we ordered and Iphone XS Max, Gold, ***gb. It was supposed to be sent to our house same day and it was not sent. we canceled the order and in the stores system and customer service system it is showing that the phone has been upgraded when it has not. No one can help us out and we are being told we have to wait another week-two weeks just for our case to be seen. We have waited long enough and would like the reversal to be taken care of today. We have felt with rude people over the phone and in store and basically will end up cancelling our service due to no one helping us or making an effort to find someone that can help us if they won’t. Please do the upgrade reversal. That’s all we’re asking for so we can get the new phone.
