I went in on Sunday to get my Direct Tv and U-verse Internet transferred to my new address. I spent over an hour in there just to be told I would need to bring in paperwork stating I was taking over the property on Friday. Monday I went back in on my lunch period with the paperwork that was required to be told after an hour waiting on hold that they still couldn’t help me with my transfer because previous tenants still had some kind of service there active with another provider and that I would also have to pay for a brand new dish that was ***.** but, because I was a loyal customer I only had to pay ***. Had to leave before scheduling my transfer for at least my Direct Tv because I was on my lunch break. Went back in again after work yesterday to be old yet again that even though I brought in paperwork nothing could be done with my transfer for my Direct tv this time or my U-verse internet. Was told to call back this morning. I called back again on my lunch break to finally have everything taken care of. It shouldn’t have to take four hours to have services transferred. I shouldn’t have to check on this and have to start all over each time I go in. I pay my bill on time. I love my service. But, at this rate the service isn’t worth the hassle of moving. Moving is already stressful enough with out all this chaos! There has to be a better way of going about this. Thank you. I just wanted you to know what a hasel and how stressful this entire experience has been dealing with just a simple transfer of current services. My money comes out of my account in a timely manner for the service. The service should be dealt with the same way.
