Dear Customer Service...*Account Nr.**********We have problems with Internet Service since the installation Nov.****...*Bad Service...too slow...disconnect...cable overground more than *month....espcially again since june ****...we called again and again...in oct.**** you promised us we get money back ...credit back for our advanced payment Nov.**.....but nothing....we are verry dissapointed....because it takes a lot of time to call and stay at home for all the appointments.**Soooo....let us know soon how much credit we get for the issues and the mess ....do you have any promoition for the next year?*Hope you understand everything....we are from germany and depend on a good and well working service for home office and phone calls...**We are looking forward to your support.**Thanks again *Dirk and Imi Giese*****E*th.Street *Fowler*IN ******
