The issue in GetHuman-jjdub's own words
tried to enroll in auto pay. received letter that I was enrolled. then received letter asking me to re-enroll first enrollment not good. went through whole process again. received letter again saying enrollment not good. in the mean time bill is becoming delinquent. called agent again (*rd time) She said she would make payment over the phone. assured me everything taken care of. also re enrolled in auto pay. went on line to check the account . bill not paid. called again. was told my ban k rejected payment. called bank. they told me the account * was wrong. was told acc* that was given to them. Was not the * I gave your agent. Called your agent again and asked to escalate problem to supervisior. wasnever reeived all back put on hold for ** min. finally was told super would all back within ** min. never called back
