I am completely dissapointed that AT&T DirectTv, takes better care of their new customers than their loyal customers. My bill for Direct TV Extra went up $** to $***. When I inquired about any new promotions, I was told there are none. However, if i were a new customer, I would pay only $** for the same service! I am a loyal customer who spends, $*** a month on Cell service and now $*** month on TV internet phone. AT &T is basically forcing me to go to Comcast and Verizon for the much better deals. *As a loyal customer and shareholder I am really upset how they treat their loyal customers. Shouldn't we get the same deals as new customers or at least close to it?
