So i have been on phone for * hr and ** min with your team getting transferred over and over. This has been going on the last * payments with at least one or more of my accounts with your company. *First off- few times i have had to be on the phone two times about getting charged for insulation fee and i installed it myself. Now i am dealing with your services due to over charges on my account. Getting to the point to get a lawyer and review all this for me cause there is no telling how many people are paying this due to not wanting to deal with all the holds and transfers that i have. *Second off- reality i want to keep at&t cause i am going to give you opportunity of services. Direct TV i want canceled cause its to much of a headache to deal with entertainment. Please reply and give me a call regarding this issue.
