I did that already. It's a shame that I wrote out my complaint to ATT and all you do is send me another response about writing my issue concerning about trying to obtain my landline phone back and we did not like the mobile phone from ATT. They sent us this mobile phone for us to try for ** days and we didn't like it the first day, but its been more of a pain trying to get our landline phone back and we have been trying to do this for * days now. Our landline phone number is ***-***-****, this is how you can help us. Our passcode is ******. Please have someone who can speak good English to call and speak with us because my husband stated that some of the people whose been talking to him over the phone from other states, he couldn't understand what they were saying over the phone. I would like for someone to call me back at this number ***-*******. I appreciate some kind of response from ATT. Thank you for your cooperation.
