Good Evening. I have been an aT&T customer for ** years. I have never had my phone service turned off due to lack of payment, I use AT&T for my internet and I have a wireless router along with * smart phones, an ipad and one other phone on my bill. I went to purchase a new phone today and the young man at the store stated I had to pay my bill because it was considered “due”. He stated if I would have come into the store ** hours earlier than I would have been able to get the phone without an issue. Here is where my issue lies. I am more than just a number. I pay my bill every single month and it ranges from $***-$***, every single month. I have been a VERY loyal customer for ** years. After today, I will be researching other cellular providers with BETTER customer service. Not only have you lost a ** year customer, you will be losing $***-*** a month. I will also make sure my opinions will be voiced on surveys and on online for other customers possibly in the business of looking for phone service.**Thank you.
