My husband and I purchased two cell phones. I was told if I traded my old phone that I would receive $***.** to use on accessories and or pay towards my bill. *The iPhone was not available in store and had to be ordered. When I received new phone I took it in to be activated. I was then told I no longer qualified for $***.**. AT&T representative told me the store manager could override that. I was told at store that they do not have a store manager. HELP!
