October **, *****Over the past month I have been experiencing two problems that can’t seem to be resolved. One problem is with my Directv service. Instant freezing and loss of wire connection or can’t connect to server. Finally tonight I loss service once again. The message on screen this time says *** no dish communication. On Monday of this week a service technician came out and said that the barrels on two of my four televisions sets were bad and so he replaced them. Last night service was lost again for more than two hours. This morning I cancelled the service call. A technician is scheduled to come out tomorrow. The other problem has to do with not being able to stream directv shows from the Directv app on my IPhone. This problem started a little more than a month ago after I cancelled the internet service. Where as once I had a bundled AT&T account, the directv app no longer accepts my username nor password. I have spoken to several tech support people who told me that they would have an answer for me in **-** hours. No one had ever called me to explain what the problem is. I have been an AT&T customer since ****. I have been a Directv customer since about ****. I’m told that credits to my account is forth coming however credit does not solve my issues. If my issues are not resolved immediately I will report my issues to the BBB. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.*Shirley Fowler*Ac* ********
