On June **,**** our account (previously Warner Brothers) became ATT employee account. We applied for the discount - supposed to be **% off plus discounts for having * phones, since we went through the process, instead of the company employee discounts, we have lost the Warner Bros. discount and the bill instead of going down has continually gone up. I have called and done chat, everyone says they will fix it, but they do not provide me with anyone who understands the employee discounts. I have made copies of the web that shows that I should be paying $*** * taxes, but just got the info and it shows that I will paying $*** now. I have copies of the transcripts from texts and info from phone calls, but no resolution
