I recently set up a payment agreement to pay my bill on the **th of October it would not have been any different if I had a payment agreement set up with the electric company to pay it on the **th of October they would not have disconnected me they would have waited to that date to resolve the issue receiving payment while your company suspended my services and I'm so upset about it and that has never happened as long as I've been with you all and this is not my first payment arrangement I would like to be compensated for inconvenience and me and my family with a matter that could have been resolved on the **th of October I wish to have this bill resolved and my Services restored
