Hello **This is hyemin Jung(**-***-***-****), who had $** monthly plan before, and I was planning to renew the same plan forward. I also made payment on **th, Oct. **But there was no service on **th, Oct, today morning, so I JUST thought there was any problem to make renewal my mobile monthly plan that i took before(for $**, I tried.) So I took another payment by call, but it was for $** monthly plan by mistake. **Therefore, I 'd like to change my AT&T mobile monthly plan from $** to $**, make it autopay with my connected bank account, and refund the money or delete the pending for $** monthly plan on my bank account.**Thank you.
