I have a billing issue. I was charged twice in the month of October. The bill I received in the mail is for ** dollars and that what was paid. Then on top of that there was another bill added for *** because they are adamant stating that I had called to request a change in the billing date. I did not call nor did I make that authorization. I therefore do not owe anything for the month of October **th. My bill was only for October *th. ($**) ATT made that change. I didn't. So therefore it is ATT's mistake.
