I have explained my issue with Uverse internet probably ** times with different representatives and many hang up on me when I ask for the next level supervisor. I want the complaint settled. I had a fire last summer and the equipment was lost and for * months I had no electricity at the location of the uverse account and they have billed me for the equipment and monthly charge. And turned it over to a collection. The only way I found out about this last month was I was trying to add a line for my grandson. If this is not the correct person to send this complaint to I need to contact the Corporation Commission.
GetHuman-sdell did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
