On August **th I called ATT to get my son a new cell phone. *Long story short... ATT offered me a free phone and unlimited *data for our phones, the cost was a monthly increase of *approx $**. (Wireless Now is $***.** after adding this phone $***.**) and we were ok with that increase.* *I spoke with ATT for some time, and went over and over that this *was a free phone and that with our * cell phones we had unlimited *data. NOW several weeks later, I am charged $* per month for my sons *free phone and our data was only * gig. And Surprise Surprise they ran OUT.* *I had recorded the conversation, since the last time ATT lied to me and *cost my family hundreds of dollars and since ATT could not find the recording *I made one of this recent conversation for you.*My conversation with ATT was attached to an email to ATT*but because it was so large of a file your servers rejected the email. *So, if you would like to hear the recording I could play it for you or *just let me know how you accept large files. (** mb) * *We have been with ATT for years and years and years... are you hurting *so bad that you have to cheat your customers? *I would not think this is the case.... so please make this right. * *The phone call with your rep was about ** minutes long. *The call ended at **:**pm *on August **, **** and was from ATT to ***-*** – ****.*When I called ATT to complain, they said you would have the recording *yourself.
