I arranged to have service for internet and television installed ****. Tech came and was not able to access the pole to install a line to my house, it was in a neighbors yard. I was told that a manger would call me once they found out who to contact to access the pole. I told the tech that I would see what I could find out as well and would let the manger know when they called if I had arranged for access. I did find out where the access point was and arranged with the neighbor for ATT to access this Tuesday or Wednesday. Never heard from a "manager" so I called the *** number and gave the info, including the address of the access point and the names of the people occupying the house to an agent. Still no call from a "manager". *Today I get a text that someone is coming to install between *-* today, Wednesday Oct **.*Nevermind that I never heard from a "manager", I'd like confirmation that today is when the line will be installed and that Sarurday Oct **th is when the actual inside installation will occur. And some sort of assurance that in future, if something should go wrong with the service, I will not have to wait for a tech to get permission to enter the property which would obviously delay any repair that was required.
