That were brand new from boost mobile one was a s* samsung. And a lg *** stylo * And promotion that I agreed to. *A credit of $*** on my Oct bill that is due now on ******** that was move from. Original date October *nd or *rd.*I am pay only for one Unlimited and more service for $*** a month*Plus **.** insurance plan for all * new att wireless smartphones.*My bill need too be adjusted and. And I should only have one and only * installment too pay for. Right now they are charging my for * cell phone installment and my bill is out of range it is now $***.***The the promotions is broken down $*** for each new line or new phone and we have three of them totaling $*** in Rewards I have an outstanding bill with Boost Mobile for installment billing totaling $***. With switcher program . I submitted the installment bill and have not got any answers or no rewards issued. We need this account. To be correct asap or give back our boost mobile phones back. Or iam filing a law site on false advertisement the promotions that would never given to us thank you very much and you can get back to me by email or my cell number *** *** *****I been leave customer service many complaints and my acct is. Very much documented and I've been calling twice a week for the last * months and not getting any help
