i am so sick of the way I am treated by att. First I went to your business because I was told that since I worked for Teleperformance I would get my activations credited. I went to one store and realized i did not have my wallet. That was on Pines Rd in Shreveport I asked her while I was there about what I was told about the activation fees, she told me that was correct. So the next day, I went to the store to get the phones and asked again while I was in your Bert Kouns Industrial loop store, I asked her before I bought the phones and she confirmed the * amount for activations. I received the receipt and it had * under each device for activations. I was still billed ***.** for the activations I called no less than ** times about them and pretty much was received by the attitude that I was a liar. no one ever took them off. At that point, I'm stuck in the contract. I was never told my phones would be on the **th month instead of a ** month. The phones do not work, my grandson phone has not had internet in about a year and a half everytime i call to talk to him about it, and all i get is if the phone is not with your right now then i can not work on it. Now I use to work for another major cell phone provider and I know you can send a signal to the phone without me having it in my hand. Then somewhere in your facility, someone turned off my mobile alerts. My internet was not working and I called about that and talked to him about my bill. I told him i was not getting alerts he at that point put me on hold for about ** minutes and came back and told me that my alerts were enabled. At that point I confirmed that my alerts were off and the rep said yes. Now my att app wont let me access it so i did not turn the alerts off, who did? I have had extreme amounts of overbilling, that your reps will not assist in at all. My tablet had a manufacturers issue and it took me * months to get it replaced. I am currently on the phone trying to get tech support for assistance with my son's phone and upon speaking to your rep, he kept me on the phone for a long time and then switched me to apple. APPLE, APPLE, I AM NOT CALLING APPLE, IM CALLING ATT, You can tell how long he kept me on the phone to transfer me he did this on purpose called back and am speaking now to them about my boys internet problem he has had for so long. Now let me tell you. I spoke to them about his a year ago and thought it was fixed but he uses it inside the house and I did not know it has not been working all this time until I grabbed to use it one day and he told me it never has been working. All of this is not what I expected out of one of the leading cell phone companies. I feel I was duked about the phones, overcharged, treated with no respect when I call and still have problems.
