hi i got internet with att back in June **** . with that i got tablet (which was together in promotion) .than after a month i got two separate bill from att. one bill is att internet service and one for tablet.. but its suppose to came together which is $**. so i made call to att June ** ****. that why i got two bill..so rep said it was not Combine ..so rep did combine and said that you wont get any bill ..now i got bill for ***$ and it went to collection agencies .. i made call *** time and all att rep transferring me here and there and i have all call recording that what i talk to att rep also rep admit that that att's mistake ..so if u solve this problem OR i can complain FCC and get to the point to sue att...its not about ***$ its about att giving wrong info to customer and when customer call for issue they transfer call to here and there ...if you want all call recording i can send to you also send public
