AT&T left my line unusable for * months June - November of **** while COX was trying to portal the phone number over ***-***-****. Then disconnected the number when I continued to call because it wasn't getting set up. No one knew why it was in limbo or why it wasn't pulled each and every time I called during those * months. Then they held my number after disconnecting the line and I wasn't not able to get my number back for COX to portal over. I then had to reactivate my line ***-***-**** for COX to portal over in December. Cox states AT&T did not respond to the portal request on December **th. AT&T says COX did not request it on Dec **th ****. Now we are being charged for reactivating the account from Dec **th **** for * cycles. The same account I was porting over in June ATT messed up & yet we never received. The same account stuck in limbo for * months the same account I made live, but never had service for. The same account COX has tried to portal over on numerous accounts. How can this even be real? This is going on my credit all because AT&T messed up in June of ****. I want this resolved. I cannot believe this is still on ongoing issue. This is absolutely unbelievable.
GetHuman-lenaraye did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
