I ordered phone service through AT&T I recently ordered the AT&T cable service and there was a promotion going on for New U-verse customers for your AT&T mobile I ordered three phones I paid for all three phones off my credit card the technician that I spoke with told me that it would be ** plus dollars each month for each line and that are first month bill is going to be a little bit more than what the normal bill would be or regular bill was to be around $*** a month when we receive the bill the bill was for $*** and the technician put us on a $** a piece plan for each line when we called and spoke to technician later they said that there is no way for you to have three lines at $** a piece and at the cheapest plan they have a $** a line which we were not told that when we order the service with the technician each technician that we spoken with told us they could not do anything regarding our phone account. All of your calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes and I am requesting the call be pulled because we did not receive the service we were said we would at the price that was given. That is not our mistake and we should not be stuck with overly high debt due to misinformation given by your Representatives.
