I’m not allowed to make payment arrangements for the following month as I’ve always done. I can’t and never have made * payments in * month and I don’t understand what changed to make * payments due in the same month. I’ve been with att since you were bell south or southern bell. You will suspend my service after all the years I’ve been a customer when you overdrew my checking acct in august through no fault of mine (which I’m still waiting to be resolved by my bank) I’ll have to pay my bill, a fee to restore service and late fees, when I always pay at the beginning of the month and make arrangements for the beginning of the following month. By the way, I always keep arrangements. This behavior is totally unwarranted, unprofessional, and unbelievable. If this is how you conduct business, it’s time to consider other opinions
