I was offered a promotion of a $*** credit per line for switching over to AT&T back in July. I switched * lines over, received SIM cards and activated phones. I have yet to receive my $*** credit. I have spoke tobvarious representatives over the past month after receiving a bill for $***.** in refrence to the credit. Each time I am told something difference. One representative stated that the credit was there but would not be applied until a payment is made. Now I am being told that a credit is notated on my account. Also, I made arrangements to pay half of the bill because financially I could not pay the full amount due to me having other bills to pay. The representative checked with hus supervisor and told me that half payment would be fine and was due August **th. However, full payment has been drafted from my account leaving me in the negative. The representative is saying that they are showing a payment drafted on the **th but the payment was credited back to my account. I have notified my bank twice and the payment has been deducted and they are not showing a credit from AT&T. I have been given the run-a-round about thus issue and no one has yet to transfer me to a supervisor as requested. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the services and lack there of that I have received and will be terminating my services if I can not get this matter resolved.
