My current phone is not working and I need to pay off my phone in order to upgrae it.Since my account is so old they were unable to figure out how to accept my payment so I had to call ATT while in store. I spent * hours on the phone in store and was in the store for four hours before I went home with issues unresolved. I spent the entire day from **:**am-*:**pm on the phone or in store to not have my issues resolved. Today was also the same case. They were unable to process my payment due to an error with the system and how they divide apart my combined account despite trying several payment forms and contacting my bank. I have been hung up and transferred to still have an unworking phone while in the midst of an mandatory hurricane evacuation. This has been an issue that no one has been able to issue despite the pertinence of my job, family, and safety. I use my phone for both work and personal use. Please help me resolve this issue.
