The issue in GetHuman-rnswa's own words
June *rd Portland Or. Went in to add grand daughter's phone to account. Told by agent he could save my $** to $** a month if I switched plans.*June ? got my bill and it increased by $***.*June ** went to Everett Mall Att store. The manager got me on the phone with loyalty department.*I said I wanted to be returned to my old plan effective June *rd and credited with the proration charges. I was returned to my old plan.*He said no problem and he would send me an email when it was done in about a week.*Didn't hear anything. Went on chat on June **. Was told by Brittany G that I would be getting a credit for $***.***Didn't see it on my next bill.**-**-** I called in to the loyalty department and they said I should see the credit on my next bill.**-**-** Still didn't see the credit and called in and talked to Tory. Tory said there were no notes on the account. I sent her a copy of the Brittany G transcript and asked be be connected to a supervisor. She said the supervisor was on another call but if I left her a message she would get right back to me. The supervisor was Sonja Harris email S*****@***.com. Left her a voice message and an email and she never returned either.*on ******* called in and talk to amy at the texas call center. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was tranferred to Vincent. Vincent told me that since it was chat that offered the credit I should contact them.*So started a chat session with Bastian R and he transferred me to Mary S - Supervisor. Mary S told me I would see the credit within ** hours.**-**-** Started a chat session to see if credit showed up. Talked to Raquel. After looking over the account she transferred me to Agent Honeylett- Supervisor. He*she said there are no notes on the account and so can't process a credit. I asked what about the chat sessions aren't they part of the notes. No answer. She advised me to contact the loyalty dept. I asked her to send me a copy of the notes on my account. he*she said no problem. Haven't seen them.
GetHuman-rnswa did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
