Help with my AT&T issue

i got approved on the **rd of august for ** lines of phones i was only going to get the buy one get one and direct TV and the internet the rep did not process the order correctly she stated that i would be get installation on the next day at * -* no one showed up because she did not put the order in she did directtvnow and the phones when i called back on the **th of august it was still showing that i was still approved for the phones and the internet and uverse. so when they finally got the internet and uverse ordered the phones email came in said i did not agree to the the terms but i did twice for both lines well the *rd rep kept running the credit to add the phones after seeing i was already approved after the *th or *th time it cam back a deposit this isnt right and i cant get anyone to help me it isnt my fault the rep didnt do her job correctly the *nd rep i talked to she promise that she would call back Saturday but never did so i need a manager to pull all my calls to see that i was approved and i should still be able to get the discounts and the phones please call me at ********** Michelle Williams
