On August **, **** at *:**pm *I called the wireless line *** spoke with Tabitha I wanted to set up a payment arrangements on my balance that was a little over $*** . Tabitha then wanted to offer cable* internet $** and $*** Visa cards and I told her that I knew I had a cell balance so it won’t be approved. Tabitha put me on hold and then said that the manager approved to adjust off $*** from my previous balance in order to get the approval to go through for the cable and internet.. needless to say the appointment was made but the discount was never applied. I have spent almost * hours on this issue with the loyalty teams.. I was told that the cal would be traced and someone would listen and call me back and now * managers have not called me back. Can I please get this corrected
