My At&t television service still has not been fixed, my bill increased for no reason (other than I was looking at when my complementary channels needed to be turned off) I never agreed to any changes yet they were shut off two weeks early, I've rescheduled doctor appointments to accommodate technician appts (tech was a no-show last time, I've spent hours on phone and internet to discuss the problems to try to get a resolution, and nothing has been fixed. I currently have a fan on my DVR because it's overheated and shut down. I shouldn't be charged a cent for a service that hasn't been repaired. I may consider keeping my internet, but at this point, it's beyond comprehension that this has gone on this long. I've sat through several transfers on multiple occasions, last month my charges were supposed to be on hold so they had time to repair it, but that didn't happen either. I have the technicians texts to me and all my original emails. I was denied email address to prove what I was telling them, never received a call back after filing a complaint, and yet they still want me to pay for service that is not working properly. This needs to be fixed immediately. At this point I know Uverse tv is not going to remain since this is months in w* no resolution.
